We will continue to listen and respond the best we can to support all stakeholders as we move forward together. Highlights: Wednesdays are now Flex Days. Students can catch up on work, get individual/small group help, and communicate with their teachers. Specific guidelines outline an expectation of 45-60 minutes of daily instruction/work time for students for each class. If students are struggling and logging significantly more academic time, please communicate with your teachers. Progress Reports will be run on April 15th. Provided school and extracurricular activities resume, this report will be used for eligibility purposes in accordance with our handbook and NHIAA rules. It is a privilege to serve as principal to the high school students of the Shaker Regional School District. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to the central belief that all students can be successful, and our focus is to be continuously considerate and responsive in our practices and approaches to maximize positive outcomes. Belmont High School offers a progressive approach to teaching and learning that aims to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Students have access to authentic learning that enables them to apply strategies in meaningful, real-world contexts. As each learner is unique in background, goals, and perspective on the world, we differentiate our approaches to enable each member of the student body to achieve success.
